You can tell the owner puts a lot of heart into this place, it's really something. Plus, that view from our private deck was just stunning, like a scene from a movie.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, worth it.

The property was beautifully designed and unusual, I would recomand!

Ideal, exceptionally nice location near historic St Augustine, and the historic district that was an easy walk to/from the Penny Farthing. The queen suite with rocking chairs, the balcony and a settee.

The charming Victorian B&B offered fantastic breakfasts and a lovely location. The room felt small and had issues with temperature control. Parking was limited, and there were persistent mosquitoes around, but overall, a decent experience.

Great location with amazing views from the attic but check-in was unusual.

The breakfast in the restaurant is delicious. The service is excellent, includes great parking.

We encountered multiple issues . The TV worked only one day out of four, frustrating. The Wi-Fi didn't reach our room, forcing us to rely on the neighbor's network while dealing with uncomfortable pillows that ruined our sleep. The complimentary sherry looked cloudy, and the cold room.

Nice cozy atmosphere with a Victorian style that adds character to the stay. The private balconies provide a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

General upkeep could use some attention, with peeling wallpaper and chipped paint in spots. The parking situation feels cramped. Maneuvering a larger vehicle can lead to scratches from nearby trees. Thin walls mean you might hear conversations from outside while trying to get some sleep. An odd odor lingered in the room, less than ideal.
